Review of the Minutes for the December 1, 2009 Special Called Session. Vote. Review of the Minutes for the December 10, 2009 Regular Meeting. Vote. Review of the Minutes for the December 10, 2009 Closed Session Meeting. Vote. Review of the Minutes for the December 21, 2009 Special Called Session. Vote.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS. a. Pierce to discuss National Guard taking down the old water tower. Possible Vote. b. Heimer to discuss new computers for City Hall. Possible Vote.
NEW BUSINESS, INCLUDING MEMORIALS AND ORDINANCES. a. Mayor to discuss looking into an ACS patch for cost availability and programs we need. Possible Vote. b. Mayor to discuss using Marshal as Auditor for this year. However, might want to put out for bid next year. Possible Vote. c. Pierce to discuss changing the Speed Limit from 30 to 20 MPH on Howcroft between Pine and Beverly and Washington between Commercial and Pine. Vote. d. Pierce to discuss repairs to Community Center to allow Trent to repair. Possible Vote. e. Pierce to discuss placing old water tower out for bid to remove it. Bid Documents are required for Government Packet. Possible Vote. f. Mayor to ask for approval from the Board to authorize Mr. Kelly to draft an Ordinance appointing Judge Hager for the next two years. Possible Vote. g. BILL NO. 10-01. --- An Ordinance Establishing a Business License Tax on Those Persons and Entities engaged in the Business of providing or Furnishing Certain Telephone and Telecommunications Services and Calling For An Election to Submit the Same to the Qualified Voters of the City of Billings, Missouri for Approval. Possible Vote. h. Motion to Approve Payment of Wages, Expenses, Bill Statements and Other Expenditures for the Month of December 2009. Possible Vote.
