Opening of the Meeting. 

ROLL CALL. 

Review of the Minutes of the September 10, 2009 Regular Meeting.  Possible Vote.

Review of the Minutes of the September 10, 2009 Closed Session Meeting.  Possible Vote.           

PUBLIC PARTICIPATION. NEW BUSINESS, INCLUDING MEMORIALS AND ORDINANCES.

a.      Board to discuss authorizing the Mayor to sign the Escrow Agreement with Fidelity Title Agency of Springfield and John Sapp in the amount of $12,000.00 for completion of the sidewalks in Whispering Heights Subdivision Phase I.  Possible Vote.

b.      Mr. Ken Hurley to discuss the Pit Bulls on Main Street.  Possible Vote.

c.       Mr. Kelly to address the Board on the Sunshine Laws.

d.      Walker to discuss purchasing two (2) new computers for the Water and Court Software and a new Laser Jet Desk top Printer for the two computers.  ACS will charge $300.00 to add another user for the Software.  Possible Vote.

e.      Hopkins requesting direction on getting insurance bids for the coming year.  Possible Vote.

f.        Mayor Bos requests permission to sign a Proclamation for Pancreatic Cancer.

g.      Motion to Approve Payments of Wages, Expenses, Bill Statements and Other Expenditures paid during the Month of September 2009.  Possible Vote. 

Treasurers Report\Court Report\Police Report\Water & Sewer Maint. Report\ Park Advisory Board Report\ Building Inspectors Report. 

Board may go into Closed Session Pursuant to Section 610.021(3)RSMo for discussion and possible vote on hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting employees.
